MOBILREDFOX "THE GAME" RULES

Organizer of the Prize Game:

MOBILREDFOX Kft. (Registered office: 3300 Eger, Kistályai út 5.; Company registration number: 10-09-035724, Tax number: 25540998-2-10) (hereinafter: MOBILREDFOX or Organizer)

Duration of the Prize Game:

Date and time of the Prize Draw:

The duration of the Prize Game is from 18 April 2026, 14:00:01 until 18 April 2026, 23:59:59.

The Prize Game is connected to the Organizer’s Birthday campaign.

The Prize Draw will take place on 19 May 2026 at 10:00:00.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Prize Game Rules at any time, unilaterally, including the conditions of the Prize Game. The amended Prize Game Rules shall enter into force simultaneously with their publication at the place of publication; the Organizer shall indicate the fact of the amendment in the header of the Prize Game Rules and by specifying the date of the amendment.

Participation in the Prize Game, details of the awarding of the Prize

Only a natural person may participate in the Prize Game who has a residence or place of stay in one of the participating countries specified in these Rules, holds a valid identity document issued by an authority of any state, has reached the age of 18, has legal capacity throughout the entire duration of the Prize Game, and does not fall within the category of excluded persons specified in these Rules (hereinafter: Player).

Participating countries: Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Croatia, Italy.

A condition of participation in the Prize Game is that, during the duration of the Prize Game, the Player places a valid order in one of the Organizer’s official webshops, accepts these Prize Game Rules, does not cancel the order, takes delivery of the ordered product, and does not withdraw from the purchase within the applicable withdrawal period.

The number of Prizes that may be drawn depends on the number of valid orders received during the duration of the Prize Game. The Prizes listed in these Rules are not guaranteed; they shall be awarded exclusively if the specified number of orders is reached.

During the Prize Game, a maximum of 10 (ten) Prizes specifically listed in these Prize Game Rules may be activated and drawn.

The activation of the Prizes is tied to the number of valid orders received during the duration of the Prize Game. After each commenced 10,000th valid order, 1 (one) additional Prize shall be activated, in the order specified in these Prize Game Rules, from Prize 1 through Prize 10.

Accordingly:
– in the event of at least 10,000 valid orders, Prize 1,
– in the event of at least 20,000 valid orders, Prizes 1–2,
– in the event of at least 30,000 valid orders, Prizes 1–3,
shall be activated, and so on, up to Prize 10 specified in these Rules.

If, during the duration of the Prize Game, the number of valid orders does not reach any further threshold of 10,000, the next Prize corresponding to that threshold shall not be activated and no draw shall take place for that Prize.

Within the framework of this Prize Game, the Organizer shall not draw any additional Prize beyond those specified in these Prize Game Rules.

Players are informed that participation in the Prize Game constitutes automatic acceptance of these Prize Game Rules.

This Prize Game has not been organized with the sponsorship, endorsement, organization, or cooperation of Apple, Rolex, Tesla, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, or any other manufacturer, brand owner, or distributor connected to the Prizes. The data provided during the Prize Game shall not be transferred to these brands, but shall be recorded exclusively in the MOBILREDFOX database, and shall be processed by the Organizer in accordance with these Prize Game Rules and the Privacy Notice. The brands indicated above do not support, administer, monitor, or assume any liability for the Prize Game in any manner.

MOBILREDFOX shall create a closed database of the Players participating in the Prize Game. From this database, MOBILREDFOX shall randomly draw the Winner(s) by computer, without human intervention, at the date and time specified in these Rules, in the presence of a notary public. The Prize Draw is not public.

Depending on the number of valid orders received during the duration of the Prize Game, the Organizer shall draw 1 (one) Winner after each commenced 10,000th valid order. In respect of each Prize to be drawn, the Organizer shall also draw 2 (two) Alternate Winners. The Alternate Winner shall become entitled to the Prize in the order of drawing if the participation of the Winner or of the preceding Alternate Winner is invalid, the Winner or preceding Alternate Winner is excluded, or the Winner or preceding Alternate Winner does not collect the Prize within the specified deadline.

One Player shall be entitled to win a maximum of 1 (one) Prize during the entire duration of the Prize Game. If the same Player is drawn more than once as Winner or Alternate Winner, that Player shall become entitled only to the first Prize acquired, and, in respect of the additional Prize(s), the next Alternate Winner in the order of drawing shall take that Player’s place.

The Organizer shall be entitled to replace the Prize with another Prize of identical or higher value only in the event of force majeure or a reason beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g. market unavailability of the Prize item), and shall inform the Players thereof in advance.

Mechanism of extra draw chances in the Prize Game:

In the Prize Game, each 1 (one) valid order under these Prize Game Rules provides 1 (one) basic draw chance.

In addition to the basic draw chance, the Player shall be entitled to further extra draw chances in relation to the given order as follows:
a) if the Player has validly subscribed to the Organizer’s newsletter, the Player shall be entitled to +1 (one) extra draw chance in relation to the given order,
b) in relation to the given valid order, the Player shall be entitled to +10 (ten) extra draw chances.

A maximum total of 11 (eleven) extra draw chances may be acquired in relation to one order. Accordingly, one order may result in a maximum total of 12 (twelve) draw chances, of which 1 (one) is a basic chance and a maximum of 11 (eleven)are extra chances.

If the Player places several separate valid orders under these Rules, the Player may acquire additional draw chances per order; however, irrespective of this, the Player shall be entitled to win a maximum of 1 (one) Prize during the entire duration of the Prize Game.

Subscription to the newsletter is not a condition of participation in the Prize Game; it is exclusively an optional possibility providing an additional chance. Data processing connected to newsletter subscription shall qualify as data processing separate from participation in the Prize Game.

The Player’s consent for marketing purposes is voluntary and must be given separately from the declarations required for participation in the Prize Game. The detailed rules of data processing connected to newsletter subscription are contained in the Organizer’s Privacy Notice.

Conditions of Participation:

A person may participate in the Prize Game if, in accordance with these Prize Game Rules,

• they purchased at least 1 (one) Mobilfox product (Full-Shock case, Pro-Shock case, Pro-Shield, Cross-Body, Full-Charge, Pro-Cable, Nano-Glass screen protector) (hereinafter: Product) during the period between 18 April 2026, 13:00:01 and 18 April 2026, 23:59:59,

• did not cancel the order, took delivery of the Product, did not withdraw from the purchase, and did not return the Product(s) within 30 days from receipt,

and accepts all conditions set out in these Prize Game Rules and consents to the processing of the data provided by them in accordance with these Prize Game Rules.

The Player may continue to exercise their right of withdrawal without restriction in accordance with the applicable laws. If the Player exercises their right of withdrawal, their participation in the Prize Game shall automatically terminate in respect of the given order.

Detailed list of the Prizes and the rules of the Prize Draw:

The Prizes are:

1. 1 (one) cash prize gross amount of EUR 5,000

2. 1 (one) Rolex wristwatch 1 or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 6,000

3. 1 (one) Tesla Model 3 passenger car or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 7,500

4. 1 (one) Gucci mystery bag or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 3,000

5. 1 (one) Louis Vuitton mystery bag or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 3,000

6. 1 (one) Hermès mystery bag or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 5,000

7. 50 grams of investment gold or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 5,000

8. 1 (one) Rolex wristwatch 2 or a cash prize of EUR 6,000

9. A cash prize gross amount of EUR 10,000

10. 1 (one) Tesla Model 3 passenger car or a cash prize gross amount of EUR 7,500

The cash Prize has been determined as a gross amount. The personal income tax to be withheld under the applicable laws of Hungary shall be assessed, withheld, and paid by the Organizer as payer. The net amount remaining after the deduction shall be paid to the Winner.

In the case of bags marked as mystery, the exact type, color, size, and specification shall be determined by the unilateral decision of the Organizer. The terms “Tesla,” “Rolex,” “Gucci bag,” “Louis Vuitton bag,” and “Hermès bag” shall mean the specific model selected by the Organizer or, where these Rules expressly allow it, the alternative cash prize related to the given Prize.

The images, visual appearance, type, color, equipment, design, or specification of the items determined as Prizes may differ in campaign communication from the Prize actually delivered. Players are informed that the passenger car displayed in campaign communication, advertising materials, or other promotional surfaces may appear exclusively as an illustration or campaign tool and does not necessarily correspond to the actual vehicle Prize drawn.

In the case of those Prizes for which these Rules specify both a non-cash Prize and a cash alternative, the term “or” shall mean that the Winner may choose exclusively either the non-cash Prize or the alternative cash amount. The two options may not be claimed jointly, may not both be won, and may not both be delivered.

The Prize may not be transferred to another person and shall be provided by the Organizer exclusively to the Winner. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash, and no cash refund may be enforced in connection with it, except where the Organizer expressly provides a cash alternative for the given Prize under these Rules. The Prize may not be placed into commercial circulation.

MOBILREDFOX shall notify the winning Player within 72 hours following the Prize Draw in the following manner (“Notification”):

• MOBILREDFOX shall notify the Winner of the Prize by email sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering within 72 hours following the official Prize Draw, after which the Winner must contact MOBILREDFOX customer service by email within no later than 72 hours, where the details relating to delivery of the Prize shall be coordinated with the Winner.

The winning Player must, as set out above, confirm the Notification and contact MOBILREDFOX customer service by email within no later than 72 hours. For the clear identification of the Winner, a photo identification document must be presented to MOBILREDFOX customer service during a video call or in person. These personal data shall not be stored. If the drawn Winner has not yet reached the age of 18 at the time of the Prize Draw, that person shall not become entitled to the Prize, and the next Alternate Winner in the order of drawing shall take that person’s place. If the Winner does not confirm the Notification within the above deadline or does not provide the data necessary for delivery of the Prize, the winning Player shall be excluded.

The Organizer shall be entitled to replace the Prize with another prize of identical or higher value only in the event of force majeure or for a reason beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g. market unavailability of the prize item), and shall inform the Players thereof in advance. The Organizer records that its liability extends exclusively to the provision of the Prize, and it is under no obligation to ensure further conditions connected to the use of the Prize.

MOBILREDFOX shall exclude from the Prize Game any Player to whom the Prize cannot be delivered because the personal data indicated in the confirmation of the Notification are not real, incomplete, or incorrect, or because the Player does not otherwise meet the personal conditions set out in these Prize Game Rules. The Organizer shall bear no liability whatsoever arising from the Player’s incorrect provision of data.

MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any circumstance arising after delivery of the Prize during the use of the Prize or in connection with it, whether arising for the Winner or for any third party.

By participating in the Prize Game, the Player acknowledges that the Organizer may hand over the Prize within the framework of a public program and may publish or disclose the photograph of the winning Player and the content of a media interview conducted with the winning Player in connection with the Prize. Audio recordings, video recordings, and photographs may be published, subject to the Player’s consent, on the following surfaces: the Organizer’s website, social media surfaces, and printed and electronic advertising materials.

General conditions:

The following persons may not participate in the Prize Game: MOBILREDFOX, the business entities and agencies participating in the organization or implementation of the Prize Game, their owners, executive officers, employees, persons in any other employment-related legal relationship with them, and the relatives of all such persons as defined in Section 8:1(1) point 2 of the Hungarian Civil Code.

One person may participate in the Prize Game on multiple occasions, meaning that one User may fulfil the Conditions of Participation multiple times.

Participation in the Prize Game is voluntary.

For the Prizes, Players from all participating countries listed in these Rules (Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Croatia, Italy) shall participate jointly in the Prize Draw. The chance of winning depends on the number of valid orders received from all participating countries.

If, due to unsuccessful contact (e.g. because they do not receive the message due to the individual settings of the mailing program or the social media surface, etc.), the Winner loses entitlement to the Prize, the Winner shall not be entitled to any further complaint against MOBILREDFOX; accordingly, MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for the failure of delivery of the Prize where this is a consequence of the Winner not being reachable for any reason after the awarding of the Prize.

If the data provided by the Winner do not correspond to reality, or were provided incompletely, or if any other reason exists that does not entitle the Winner to receive the Prize, MOBILREDFOX shall not be obliged to deliver the Prize again.

All other costs arising shall be borne by the Winner.

MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for the malfunction of the application and the website for reasons beyond its control, during which period the application and the website cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent; however, it shall take all necessary measures without delay in order to identify and eliminate the cause of the error as soon as possible.

MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for all external attacks affecting the application and the website or the server operating them. Therefore, if, as a result of an attack affecting the application and the website or the server, you receive incorrect system messages, MOBILREDFOX shall assume no liability whatsoever in such cases.

MOBILREDFOX shall not be liable for the availability and operation of telecommunications and IT devices, or for the activities of third parties. MOBILREDFOX shall not be liable for the incorrect operation of online surfaces resulting from reasons independent of MOBILREDFOX, in particular: an error or unavailability of the server operating the online surface, lack of connection to the internet network, malfunctions of the backbone network, or unsuccessful connection to the internet surface or to any part thereof.

MOBILREDFOX shall take all measures reasonably expected from it to ensure that participation in the Prize Game is possible on all widely used computer types, mobile phone types, operating systems, and internet browser programs; however, MOBILREDFOX does not guarantee, and shall not be liable for, the efficiency with which you are able to use the different systems during participation in the Prize Game.

Participation in the Prize Game with a profile registered by a third party is an exclusion condition. If the Player uses a customer profile not registered by the Player, the Player shall automatically be excluded from the Prize Game. MOBILREDFOX excludes all liability in connection with disputes relating to entitlement to use a customer profile in connection with the Prize Game. Players shall be identified during participation in the Prize Game on the basis of their account name on the Mobilredfox website. The Organizer shall bear no liability for technical problems arising from changes in data outside the Organizer’s sphere of interest, in particular the deletion or unavailability of the customer profile.

By participating in the Prize Game, Players accept the principles of impartial and moderated communication. Questions and objections relating to the Prize Game or the organization of the Prize Game shall be addressed by message to info@mobilfox.com. The Organizer shall handle complaints in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.

The data provided in the Prize Game shall be recorded in the MOBILREDFOX database and used in the manner specified in these Prize Game Rules.

MOBILREDFOX reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate the conditions contained in these Prize Game Rules or the Prize Game itself, even during its duration. MOBILREDFOX shall be entitled to exclude any Player from the Prize Game, in particular if abuse or suspicion of breach of the conditions arises in connection with the Prize Game, or if any Player manipulates the course of the Prize Game in any way or acts in bad faith in any way. MOBILREDFOX shall publish the amendments to these Prize Game Rules and any notice of suspension or termination of the Prize Game at:

The Organizer shall automatically exclude from the Prize Game participants providing untrue data. For the purpose of verifying compliance with these Prize Game Rules, the Organizer may examine the Players, and if, for any reason, they do not comply with the conditions of these Prize Game Rules, the Organizer may exclude the relevant Player from the Prize Game. In the event of disputes relating to exclusion, the Player may submit a complaint to the Organizer and may also enforce their claim through the legal remedies provided by the applicable laws.

Players who participate in the Prize Game with untrue data may be excluded from the Prize Game at the Organizer’s discretion. Participants or Players engaging in unfair conduct as defined in this clause shall be obliged to compensate all damage caused to the Organizer in connection with the Prize Game.

MOBILREDFOX reserves the right, if it detects or reasonably suspects any kind of (computer) manipulation, the creation of mass-generated profiles, or any conduct incompatible with or infringing the spirit of the Prize Game on the part of any Player, to exclude that Player from the Prize Game with immediate effect.

The Organizer shall assume no liability whatsoever for failure or delay in delivery of the Prize, or for damage arising during delivery, where such failure, delay, or damage is outside the Organizer’s sphere of interest.

If the Winner does not take delivery of the Prize at the time agreed in advance with the courier service or the Organizer, the Winner may not subsequently claim it from the Organizer.

These Prize Game Rules and the Prize Game shall be governed by Hungarian law.

Taxation and Allocation of Costs

The Organizer shall bear and fulfil exclusively those public charges related to the Prizes that are imposed on the Organizer under the applicable laws of Hungary. Under the applicable laws of Hungary, the Organizer does not undertake to bear any general public charge other than personal income tax in connection with any Prize arising from this Prize Game, unless this is expressly required by law or by an authority.

The Organizer undertakes to fulfil the tax payment and public charge payment obligations related to the non-cash Prizes that are imposed on the Organizer under the applicable laws of Hungary, taking into account the Winner’s tax residence and the provisions of any applicable international treaty on the avoidance of double taxation. The foreign Winner shall be personally responsible for fulfilling any tax return, tax payment, duty payment, registration, notification, or other authority-related obligations arising in the state of their own tax residence.

In the case of a vehicle Prize, the Organizer undertakes exclusively those tax payment and public charge payment obligations related to the award of the Prize that are imposed on the Organizer under the applicable laws of Hungary, if any such obligation exists. Any obligations and costs related to the domestic or foreign registration, entry in official records, transfer of title, registration plate issuance, insurance, transport, commissioning for use, and any further local, foreign, or other authority-related, administrative, tax, or duty payment obligations connected thereto shall be borne by the Winner. The Winner shall bear all costs that are not expressly allocated to the Organizer under these Rules.

In the case of a cash Prize, if the Winner is not a Hungarian citizen or does not have a Hungarian tax identification number, a condition of payment of the Prize is that, upon the Organizer’s request, the Winner provides the necessary certificate of tax residence and any other documents required by law for payment, and, if required under the applicable laws of Hungary, initiates the issuance of a Hungarian tax identification number and provides the Organizer with the data necessary for this purpose.

The Organizer shall be entitled to suspend payment of the cash Prize until the necessary taxation and identification documents have been submitted in full.
