Sweepstakes Rules
These Sweepstakes Rules (hereinafter: "Rules") apply to the Mobilfox x ADRI.store sweepstakes (hereinafter: "Game") available on the website operated by MOBILREDFOX Kft. (registered office: 3300 Eger, Kistályai út 5.; company registration number: 10-09-035724; tax number: 25540998-2-10) at https://hr.mobilfox.com/, under the following conditions.
The organizer and administrator of the Game is ADRI.store (hereinafter: "ADRI.store").
By participating in the Game, each entrant automatically accepts the provisions of these Rules without any further legal action and agrees to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility
Any natural person residing in Croatia who fully complies with all conditions specified in these Rules and is not subject to any exclusion criteria is eligible to participate (hereinafter: "Player").
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

Owners, executives, employees, or agents of the organizer and their close relatives;

Owners, executives, employees, or agents of other companies directly involved in the organization of the Game and their close relatives.
Any person who jeopardizes the fairness of the Game in any way or withdraws their data processing consent during the Game or before the draw will be excluded. ADRI.store will not notify the Player of their exclusion. The Player declares that the information provided during registration is accurate.
2. Game Description
To participate in the sweepstakes, the Player must make at least one purchase totaling a minimum of 15 EUR on https://hr-eu.adri.store/.
To gain an extra chance, the Player must also purchase at least one Mobilfox Full-Shock or Pro-Shock phone case from any collection available at https://hr.mobilfox.com/.
3. Duration of the Game
The Game runs from April 16, 2025, 18:00 until May 6, 2025, 23:59.
Only purchases made during this period are eligible. Purchases made before or after this timeframe are not considered valid. The prize will be drawn on June 1, 2025, and the draw will be public.
4. Entry & Participation Criteria
Only those Players who fully and simultaneously meet the following conditions are eligible to participate:

Made at least one purchase worth minimum 15 EUR on https://hr-eu.adri.store/

Purchased at least one Mobilfox Full-Shock or Pro-Shock phone case from any collection on https://hr.mobilfox.com/

Provided consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with these Rules and maintained this consent for the duration specified
Entries without fulfilling all conditions will be invalid and not accepted by ADRI.store. Participation is possible throughout the entire Game period, and the time of purchase does not affect winning chances.
5. Prize
Among the eligible participants, one (1) refurbished BMW E92 335i vehicle will be drawn, with a market value of €20,000.
The Winner will be drawn during a drift event in Split on June 1, 2025, live streamed on Adrian Petričević’s Instagram and on the https://www.youtube.com/@ADRII YouTube channel.
If the Winner is under legal age or limited in legal capacity, the prize can only be claimed together with their legal representative. In the case of full legal incapacity, only the legal representative may act on their behalf. (In case of divorced parents, the parent with legal custody.)
If the designated Prize is not available at the time of delivery, ADRI.store reserves the right to offer a prize of similar value.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Tax obligations related to the Prize must be fulfilled in cooperation between ADRI.store and the Winner.
ADRI.store agrees to cover any applicable personal income tax and directly associated taxes or levies.
ADRI.store does not cover any additional costs related to receiving or using the Prize (e.g. travel expenses).
No additional prizes beyond those listed above will be awarded.
6. Obtaining the Prize
Every buyer who purchases at least once for a minimum of €15 on ADRI.store and buys a Mobilfox case is automatically entered into the Game.
7. Notification of the Winner
The Winner will be notified via phone by the owner of ADRI.store, Adrian Petričević.
Details regarding the delivery of the Prize will be agreed upon exclusively between the Winner and ADRI.store.
MOBILFOX is not involved in the delivery process.
The draw and the prize delivery are entirely within ADRI.store’s scope.
8. Delivery and Acceptance of the Prize
The Winner must cooperate with ADRI.store to claim the Prize.
If the Winner fails to do so and the Prize delivery fails, the Prize can no longer be claimed, and neither ADRI.store nor MOBILFOX bears any responsibility.
The Prize will be delivered by ADRI.store to the Winner.
Delivery is only possible to Players residing in Croatia.
ADRI.store will make one attempt to draw and deliver the Prize.
Neither MOBILREDFOX nor ADRI.store assumes responsibility for any defects or issues after the Prize has been delivered.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize within 16 days of the draw at the agreed time, they forfeit their right to the Prize.
The Winner may decline the Prize via a private or public notarized statement and must inform ADRI.store within 8 days of the draw.
The Prize may be collected by an authorized representative of the Winner, who must present a notarized or officially certified authorization in advance.
The Prize will only be handed over if the authorized person consents to MOBILFOX and ADRI.store taking and publishing photos, audio, or video recordings of the handover, which also applies to the Winner.
9. Data Processing
